Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-10-16
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TradeX, provided by TraderXian (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, ticking the box to agree, buying Access Time or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Definitions
- Services: the trading desk at app.traderxian.com (the “Desk”), the TraderXian Connector desktop application for Windows (the “Connector”), our account service, the ICT Replay tool, the website traderxian.com and the bot in our Discord community.
- Broker: Tradovate, Rithmic, or any futures commission merchant or proprietary trading firm (a “Prop Firm”) through which you hold a trading account.
- Broker Account: a trading account you hold with a Broker.
- Group: a set of your Broker Accounts, each with a whole-number multiplier, that you trade together.
- Access Time: the period during which full use of the Services is available to your account.
- Activation Code: a code that adds Access Time to an account.
2. What TradeX is, and what it is not
- TradeX is software. We are not a broker, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, investment adviser, exchange or bank. We do not open Broker Accounts for you, hold your money, or trade on your behalf.
- You connect your own Broker Accounts with your own credentials. Orders you give in the Desk are sent by the Connector on your computer directly to your Broker. Trading requests and chart data do not pass through our servers.
- A Group sends the same order to each of its accounts at the same time, sized by each account’s multiplier. There is no leader account: each account is filled on its own, and prices, fills and rejections can differ between accounts.
- We do not give investment, trading, tax or legal advice, signals or recommendations. Nothing in the Services is an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You must be allowed, under the laws that apply to you and under the terms of your Brokers and Prop Firms, to trade futures and to use third-party software with your Broker Accounts.
4. Your account
- An account is for one person. It is personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred. Give a valid email address and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password, your two-factor authentication and your devices secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account and your devices. Tell us promptly at service@traderxian.com if you suspect anyone else has used them.
- The number of devices signed in to an account at the same time is limited. You can remove a device at any time.
- Pair the Connector only with computers you control.
5. What the Connector does automatically
To keep take profit and stop loss orders working while the Desk is closed, the Connector runs in the background on your computer and does the following without asking you to confirm each action. By using the Services you authorise the Connector to:
- change the quantity of the take profit and stop loss orders it placed for a position when you add to or reduce that position, so that they follow the position;
- once an entry order fills, place the take profit and stop loss you chose when you placed that order;
- once a position is reversed or closed, cancel the take profit and stop loss orders that are left over from it, so that they cannot open or enlarge a position;
- when it replaces a take profit or stop loss and the old order has been cancelled but the new one was not accepted, place the order again at its original price, and if your Broker refuses that as well, close the position at market;
- watch your fills and positions and alert you, for example when a position has had no stop loss for some time.
These actions happen only while the Connector is running, connected to your Broker and the execution device for that Broker Account (section 6). They stop when your computer is off, asleep or offline, when the Connector is closed or blocked (for example by security software), and when your Broker session ends. Orders already resting at your Broker stay in force either way.
When the result of an order is unknown, for example after a network interruption, the Connector checks with your Broker but never sends the order again by itself. You must then check your Broker Account yourself. Market orders can fill at prices worse than you expect; see the Risk Disclosure.
6. Execution device and several devices
- You can be signed in on several devices at once. Each Broker Account is traded by one device at a time, its “execution device”; other devices can see it but not trade it.
- Moving execution to another device takes about 15 seconds while the current device is online, or happens once the current device has been unreachable for 90 seconds. In the rare case that the old device is still connected to your Broker but not to our servers, both devices may send orders until it reconnects. The Desk warns you before you move execution.
- If you also trade a Broker Account somewhere else, such as your Broker’s own platform or another tool, the Services may not show those orders at once, and the Connector’s automatic actions may interact with them.
7. Access Time and Activation Codes
- Full use of the Services needs Access Time on your account. Every feature is included; there are no tiers.
- You can buy Access Time (section 8), add it with an Activation Code (for example one earned with community points), or have it while you hold a qualifying role in our Discord community and for 24 hours after you lose that role. Time you buy or activate is added to both TradeX and ICT Replay.
- Access Time runs continuously from the moment it is added, whether or not you use the Services. New time is added after any time you still have.
- When your Access Time ends, the Connector keeps closing positions, cancelling orders and maintaining take profit and stop loss (including protection waiting for an entry to fill), and the Desk still opens for these actions. Opening new positions and adding to positions are refused, and settings sync, fill uploads and Discord alerts pause; notifications on your computer continue. Everything resumes when you add time. The Connector reminds you 3 days, 1 day and 1 hour before your Access Time ends, and the Desk 3 days before.
- Activation Codes are for your own use, have no cash value and may not be resold.
8. Payment
- Purchases are processed by Whop (whop.com), our payment provider. Whop’s terms and privacy policy also apply to your checkout. We never receive your card or payment account details.
- Prices are shown at checkout, in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices may change; a change does not affect time you have already bought. Your bank or payment method may charge its own fees.
- Each purchase is a one-time payment for a fixed period, such as 30 or 365 days. Nothing renews automatically.
- If you pay with the email address of a verified TradeX account, the time is added to that account. Otherwise an Activation Code is sent to the email address you used at checkout.
9. No refunds
- Access Time and Activation Codes are digital goods delivered at once. All sales are final: purchases are not refundable once completed. This includes time you do not use, time that runs out, and days on which you cannot trade for reasons outside our control, such as your Broker, a Prop Firm, your internet connection or your computer.
- This does not take away any right to a refund that you cannot give up under the law that applies to you.
- If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer (a chargeback) instead of contacting us, we may suspend the Access Time of the account concerned until the dispute is settled.
- If we choose to refund a purchase, the Access Time it added is removed and any unused Activation Code from it is cancelled.
10. Third-party services
- The Services depend on third parties we do not control: your Brokers and Prop Firms, the TradingView charting library, Whop, Discord, and the service providers named in our Privacy Policy. Their availability, data, rules and fees are their own, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
- Market data in the Desk comes from your Broker and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
- Brokers may limit how many sessions a user can have at once (Tradovate, for example, allows two). Signing in somewhere else may end the Connector’s session.
- TradeX is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Tradovate, Rithmic, TradingView, Whop, Discord, CME Group or any Prop Firm. Their names are trademarks of their respective owners.
11. Prop Firm rules
Prop Firms have their own rules on multiple accounts, copy trading, hedging between accounts, automation, consistency and news trading. Breaking them can cost you accounts or payouts. You alone are responsible for knowing and following the rules of every Prop Firm and Broker you use. The Services do not check them for you.
12. Acceptable use
You must not:
- interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security;
- access accounts, Activation Codes or data that are not yours;
- share, resell, rent or lend your account or Activation Codes;
- use the Services for anything unlawful, for market manipulation, or against the rules of a Broker or an exchange;
- copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the Desk or the Connector, or make works based on them, except where the law allows this;
- redistribute market data or charts from the Services;
- access the Services by automated means other than those we provide;
- upload malicious code.
13. Intellectual property and licence
- The Services, including their software, design and content, belong to us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms and to your Access Time, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Desk, and to install and run the Connector on computers you control, for your own trading.
- The TradingView charting library is provided under TradingView’s licence and remains TradingView’s property.
- If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely and without obligation to you.
14. Availability, changes and support
- We work to keep the Services available, but we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, timely or free of errors. If our servers are unavailable, a Connector that is already running keeps maintaining take profit and stop loss, and you can always manage positions and orders directly at your Broker.
- We may change, add or remove features. We will give reasonable notice of a material change that reduces what you have paid for.
- You may need to install updates of the Connector to keep using the Services.
- Support is available in our Discord community and at service@traderxian.com.
15. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY ORDER WILL BE SENT, ACCEPTED OR FILLED AT ANY PRICE OR TIME, THAT AUTOMATIC ACTIONS WILL ALWAYS RUN, OR THAT ANY DATA SHOWN IS ACCURATE OR CURRENT.
Trading futures carries a substantial risk of loss. Read the Risk Disclosure.
16. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST PROP FIRM ACCOUNTS OR PAYOUTS, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED;
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limitations. Where that is the case, they apply to the fullest extent allowed.
17. Indemnity
You will indemnify us and hold us harmless against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your trading, from your use of the Services in breach of these Terms, or from your breach of any law or of the terms of any Broker or Prop Firm.
18. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Services at any time and ask us to delete your account at service@traderxian.com.
- We may suspend or end your account or your Access Time if you breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Services or other users. Where reasonable we will tell you why. An account ended for a breach is not refunded.
- Ending an account does not affect your positions or orders at your Broker. Sections 9, 13 and 15 to 20 continue to apply after it ends.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and, for a material change, tell you in the Desk or by email, and we may ask you to agree again. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
20. General
- These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
- If a provision of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest remain in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, we have not waived it.
- You may not transfer these Terms to anyone else. We may transfer them as part of a merger, an acquisition or a sale of assets.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including failures of Brokers, exchanges, networks and cloud providers.
- These Terms are written in English. Any translation is for convenience only; if they differ, the English version prevails.
